This Wednesday at 6am SLT we will do some role playing.
You will take turns being customers and CSRs. What is a CSR? Customer Service Representative.
Have you ever had to call your bank, cable company or Microsoft to get help with the products you own? Of course you have. Let's practice English by describing your problems and by providing quality customer service!
This session will be for advanced learners.
