英語を英語らしく読む!
今夜は３つのレッスン・アクティビティタイムがあります。
①✿Facing Idioms Lesson with Jeff✿日本時間夜7：10～
Hi there,
Facing Idioms Lesson is an opportunity for you to get familiar with common English idioms and sayings, to decipher their meanings and origins.
It takes place at the reading circle at Cypris on Mondays at 3:10am SL time.
Location: Reading Circle at Cypris Village
Jeff君とのイディオム練習！かなり活発なアクティビティタイムです。勉強になりますよ!

② Study Group (Q&D Room) with Mr H : 日本時間夜 8:45～
Preparing assignments for your classes? If you need help this is the place to come. Mr Hammond will be available in the Q&D Room to look over any coursework before you need to hand it over to your lecturer.
ミスターハモンドが、各レッスン等の課題や宿題、または英語に関する質問などの相談にのってくださいますよ。
場所はQ&Dルーム。テレポーターはウェルカムエリアにあります。

(Intermediate) 月曜夜１０時～
==Week 3==
Tongue twister warm-up
1. Worldwide worm warriors wearing heavy suits of armor.
2. I’m worried Willy Wonka won’t work anymore while Charlie runs the factory.
This week we’ll study liaisons. Liaisons are the connecting points between words.
Say this:
An ant is an elephant’s enemy.
Now say it again:
A nan ti sa nelephant senemy
It’s different, right? This is because we are connecting the words if there is a vowel as the first letter. An ant; the “a” in ant is a vowel. Therefore we connect the “n” from “An” with the word “ant”. It sounds like “nant”. Try it!

今夜は１０時からプロフェッサーのレッスンタイムです。今月のテーマ、発音やリズム練習及び詩の朗読の３回目。
英語らしく発音するにはどうしたらいいか、また、英語のリズムをつかんでどの様に読めばいいかなども教えてくださいますよ。
あとは、童謡の歌詞を読んで意味を考えたり。
来週はいよいよ自分で選んだマザーグースなどの詩の朗読です。これは来週までの宿題。
